A ceramic vase from the collection ‘Connected to Nature’. Made from clay and a piece of wood washed ashore. The clay has been fired using the saggar firing technique in a Hungarian kiln. This alternative firing method allows for direct contact of the clay with live fire. The vessel is not suitable for holding water. If you want, I can seal it with wax. Let me know.
